ORDINANCE NO, “141f <br /> • <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2331, COMMONLY <br /> . KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AFFECTING LOTS <br /> LETTERED "H" TO "0" INCLISIVE, WENGER AND KREIGH- <br /> BAUM' S VISTULA AVENUE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SOUTH <br /> BEND, INDIANA. <br /> • <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br /> Bend, State of Indiana: <br /> Section 1. — That Ordinance No. 2331, adopted by the <br /> Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 25th <br /> day of June, 1923, and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> be and the same is hereby amended as follows& <br /> All that territory heretofore included within the "B" <br /> Residence District and described as follows; to—wit: <br /> Lots Lettered H to 0 Inclusive, Wenger and Kreighbaum' s <br /> Vistula Avenue Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana <br /> be and the same is hereby changed from "B" Residence District to <br /> "C" Commercial District, and shall hereafter be sttbject to all <br /> regulations affecting the "0" Commercial District as defined in <br /> said Ordinance. <br /> BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the aforesaid territory <br /> be changed from "A" Height and Area District to the "E" Height <br /> and Area District, and that the same shall hereafter be subject <br /> to all of the regulations of said Ordinance No. 2331 affecting <br /> the "E" Height and Area District. <br /> Section 2.
