Clow & Sons for the pur- <br /> chase of Cast Iron Pipe. ' <br /> Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City <br /> of South Bend, Indiana: <br /> Section 1. That a certain contract executed on the <br /> 2nd day of March 1927, by and between the City of South <br /> Bend, via through its Board of Public Works, for the <br /> purchase Of fifteen hundred (1500) tens of 6" to 24" <br /> Cast Iron Water Pipe, class "C", with the privilege of <br /> inoreasing or decreasing the above requirements within I <br /> a range of 30%, all as evidenced by a certain letter from <br /> the James B. ,Clow & Sons, March ist, 1927, and a resolu- <br /> tion accepting the offer contained; in the same letter <br /> adopted March let, 1927, and that the same 9s hereby <br /> ratified, confirmed and approved. <br /> Section 2.
