ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5661 F.J.NIMTZ PARKWAY <br /> AND THE VACANT PROPERTY EAST OF AND ADJACENT TO <br /> AND WEST OF AND ADJACENT TO 5661 F.J.NIMTZ PARKWAY, <br /> COUNCILMANIC DISTRICT 1 IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> Zoning is currently"LI" Light Industrial. A change in the zoning classification to"0" Office District will <br /> allow for greater development opportunities and is compatible with surrounding zoning classifications. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br /> Indiana as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 9495-04, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, shall be and the same hereby is amended to provide that the <br /> zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, <br /> State of Indiana: <br /> Blackthorn Corporate Park, Park Minor Sub# 7 Lots 6, 7, and 8 <br /> be and the same is hereby established as "0" Office District. <br /> SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common <br /> Council, approval by the Mayor, and publication according to law. <br /> Member of the Common Council <br /> Attest: <br /> City Clerk <br />
