RESOLUTION NO. J(` a‘,N <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $100, 000 FROM THE CUMULA- <br /> TIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> WHEREAS, monies are needed in the General Fund for street <br /> maintenance for the year 1984 , and appropriations were made for <br /> this purpose in Ordinance Number 7239-83 , commonly known as the <br /> 1984 Budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, Indiana Code 6-7-1-31 . 1 authorizes the Common <br /> Council of the City of South Bend, by Resolution to transfer monies <br /> deposited in the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund to the General <br /> Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br /> SECTION I . That $100, 000 be transferred from the <br /> Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund to the General Fund of the City <br /> of South Bend, Indiana. <br /> SECTION II .
