RESOLUTION NO \a_co-c- ' <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br /> TO SUBMIT TO THE INSTITUTE OF MUSEUM SERVICES <br /> A GRANT APPLICATION FOR GENERAL OPERATING <br /> SUPPORT MONIES FOR DISCOVERY HALL <br /> WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of South Bend is the <br /> Chief Executive Officer of the City, and is the Applicant for <br /> Institute of Museum Services funds for Discovery Hall. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> SECTION 1 That the Mayor of the City of South Bend is <br /> hereby authorized to submit an application for up to 10% of <br /> the Discovery Hall operating budget in General Operating <br /> Support funds which may be used for most general operating <br /> expense items of the museum (including additional staff <br /> Personnel in Discovery Hall Museum) . <br /> SECTION II. That for every category established under <br /> this resolution the Mayor shall submit to the Common Council <br /> a line item budget in Ordinance form prior to any expenditures <br /> of any grant money received upon approval of the application. <br /> SECTION III .
