RESOLUTION NO. j7t_8'C <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AUTHORIZING THE <br /> MAYOR TO SUBMIT AN INDUSTRIAL PROMOTION <br /> MATCHING PROGRAM GRANT APPLICATION TO THE <br /> INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, COMMUNITY <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DIVISION <br /> WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of South Bend, Indiana, is <br /> the Chief Executive Officer of the City and is the applicant for <br /> funds made available to cities through the Industrial Promotion <br /> Matching Program established by the 1983 Indiana General Assembly. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of <br /> the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I . That the Mayor of the City of South Bend, <br /> Indiana is hereby authorized to submit the Industrial Promotion <br /> Matching Program grant application to the Indiana Department of <br /> Commerce, Community Economic Development Division. <br /> SECTION II .
