Sr.9AAP I D ORDINANCE NO. (� / AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF SOUTH ND BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:' Section 1. That the following described territory in St.Joseph County, State of Indiana, to-wit; Beginning at a point two hundred (200') feet south and five hundred eighty (580' ) feet .east of the west2One-Quarter 11/4) corner of Section Nineteen (19j, T-ovnship Thirty-seven (37) North, Range Three (3) East; th ce east, along the present City Limits, parallel with and two hundred-r200' ) feet south of the 'east and west center line of said Section Nineteen (191 to a point four hundred feet (400+ ) west of the north and south center line of said Section Nineteen. (19); thence south parallel with and four hundred (400' ) feet west of the said north and south center line of Section Nineteen (19) a distance of eight hundred sixty nine (869' ) feet; thence west, parallel with and ten hundred eighty-nine (1089' ) feet south of the east -and west center line of Section Nineteen (19) to a point two hundred thirty (230' ) feet east of the west line of Section Nineteen (19); thence north parallel with and two hundred thirty (230' ) feet east of the west line of said Section Nineteen (19) , a distance of two hundred eighty (280' ) feet; thence North thirty-three degrees (33°) and'fifty-one (51TM) minutes east a distance of four hundred . - forty-six and 60/100 (446.60' ) feet; thence north twenty-four (24°) degrees and nineteen (19'' ) minutes east a distance of two hundred . forty-nine (249' ) feet to the place of beginning. be and the same is hereby annexed to and declared to be a part at the City of South Bend.
