.Of90U1N_e�ry0. <br /> f _ _'an <br /> Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br /> 2015 <br /> The October 19, 2015 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called <br /> to order by Council President Tim Scott at 5:00 p.m. in the Council's Informal Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Tim Scott, Henry Davis, Jr., Dr. Fred <br /> Ferlic, Dr. David Varner, and Karen L. White; and special Council Attorney Robert Palmer <br /> Council President Scott noted that the Executive Session was called pursuant to the <br /> Notice dated October 14, 2015 (attached) which states in part that the meeting is being held <br /> pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(B) for the discussion of strategy with respect to <br /> pending litigation filed against the City of South Bend, the South Bend Common Council, etc. <br /> This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that <br /> contained in the October 14, 2015 "Notice of Executive Session". <br /> Council President Scott adjourned the meeting at approximately 5:45 p.m. <br /> ' submitted, <br /> Tim : ncil President <br /> '1st District Council Member <br /> South Bend Common Council <br /> Attachment <br />
