(xvii) Solid metal security gates,metal roll-down windows, and link/grill security devices are prohibited in all residential windows and doorways. (C) Materials (i) "Jumbo," or other commercial-grade/scale products such as bricks, cinder/concrete block, unfinished metal,plywood, unfinished pre- cast or poured-in-place concrete are prohibited on any residential building facades.
