'63 0—i f' <br /> BILL NO. c(0( 5� <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, SETTING THE ANNUAL SALARY FOR THE COMMON <br /> COUNCIL MEMBERS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2016 <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> The South Bend Common Council is required to fix the annual compensation of elected city <br /> officers.
