That a certain contract entered into <br /> between the City of South Bend, Indiana, by and through its <br /> Board of Public Safety, and the Boyer Fire Apparatus Company, <br /> of Logansport, Indiana, on the 23rd day of July, 1928, a <br /> copy of which is hereto attached and made a part of this <br /> ordinance, for one (1) Chemical and Salvage Squad Wagon <br /> with equipment, for the sum of Five Thousand Four Hundred <br /> Ninety Dollars 35,490.00) , be and the same is hereby in <br /> all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br /> Section 2.
