ORDINANCE NO. 01- 701 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2331, ADOPTED JUNE <br /> 25. 1923, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY <br /> CHANGING THE' TRACT BOUNDED BY EAST JEFFERSON <br /> BOULEVARD, LOGAN STREET. THIRTY-SIXTH STREET <br /> AND MARSHALL AVENUE FROM CLASS "A" RESIDENCE <br /> TO CLASS"e" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT <br /> Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana. <br /> SECTION 1. <br /> That Ordinance Number 2331, Adopted June 25, 1923, <br /> commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows, to-wit: <br /> "All of the real estate bounded by East <br /> !, Jefferson Boulevard, Logan Street, Thirty-sixth Street <br /> and Marshall Avenue, be and the same is hereby changed <br /> from "A" Residence to "C" Commercial District.
