/ 3 <br /> l <br /> ORDINANCE NO. /740 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AlNAENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2331, ADOPTED <br /> JUNE 25, 1923, COIVONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING OR- <br /> DINANCE BY CHANGING THE ZONING FOR LOTS NUM- <br /> BERED 1, 2, 3,, 46, 47 and 48 FORDHAM AND <br /> LOTS NUMBERED 181, 182. 183. 184, 185 <br /> AND 186 IN COLONIAL GARDENS <br /> • BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana. <br /> SECTION 1. <br /> That Ordinance Number 2331, adopted by the Common Council <br /> of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 25th day of June, <br /> 1923, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same <br /> is hereby amended as follows, to-wit: <br /> That Lots Numbered 1, 2, 3, 46, 47 and 48 Fordham and <br /> Lots Numbered 181, 182, 183, 1847,.185 and 186 in Colonial <br /> Gardens, being all of the lot5on -both sides of Mishawaka <br /> Avenue, between 31st and 32nd Streets, in said,city, be and the <br /> same is hereby changed from Residence 1B"' abd "A" Heights and <br /> Area to "C" Commercial and tDu Heights and Area.
