I Olt ORDINANCE NO et _ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2331= COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana. SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 2331, adopted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 25th day of June, 1923, and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: That the zone of "B" Residence District and 4:Height and Area District, be and the same is hereby changed to "C" Commer- cial District ands4 Height and Area District, for the 'following described real estate situate in said City, to-wit: o Sixty (60) feete f the East side of Lot Number One (1) of Major' s/Proposed Addition to the City of South Bend, together, with all of Jets Two to Eleven (2-11) inclusive, being lots that front on the N therly side of Lincoln Way East from the West line o_ f Playland Par to a point opposite the West line of Caroline Street.
