1 / <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ) 7/7 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2331 COMMONLY KNOWN <br /> 1S THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana. <br /> SECTION 1. <br /> That Ordinance Number 2331, adopted by the Common <br /> Council of the said City on the 25th day of June, 1923 and known <br /> as the Zoning Ordinance be and the same is hereby amended to read <br /> as follows, to-wit: <br /> 1. That the real estate on both sides of Ford Street <br /> from the alley west of Dundee Street west to the east side of <br /> Sheridan Avenue, be and the same is hereby changed from "C" <br /> Commercial and "D" Height and Area District to "B" Residential <br /> and "A" Height and Area District. <br /> 2.
