• <br /> An Ordinance to amend Ordinance 2331 , adopted June 25, <br /> 1923, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, by changing the <br /> zoning of the following described real estate and territory from <br /> F height and area to G height and area, to-wit; <br /> Commencing at a point betweentilialia and Madison <br /> Streets in the City of South Bend where the alley <br /> extending east and west intersects the east line <br /> of Main Street, running thence east on the north <br /> line of said alley one hundred sixty-five ( 165) <br /> feet to a point where said alley intersects an <br /> alley running north and south; running thence <br /> north on the west line of said alley running north <br /> and south to a point where said alley intersects <br /> the alley extending east and west between West Marion <br /> and West Navarre street.{ running thence west on the <br /> north line of said alley and cont inning across Main <br /> Street on the north line of said alley to a point. <br /> where said alley intersects the alley running north <br /> and south between Main and LaFayette Streets, running <br /> thence south on the east line of said alley extending <br /> between Main and LaFayette Streets and crossing Main <br /> Street to a point where said alley intersects the <br /> alley running east and west betweentand Madison <br /> Streets, running thence east on the north line of <br /> said alley and across Main Street to the place of,`- <br /> beginning. <br /> Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend. <br /> SECTION I <br /> That Ordinance 2331, adopted June 25, 1923, be , and the <br /> same is, hereby amended by changing the height and area district <br /> of the following described area from F height and area to G height <br /> and area, to-wit: <br /> Commencing at a point between Maw and Madison <br /> Streets in the City of South Bend where the alley <br /> extending east and west intersects the east line <br /> of Main S. reet, running thence east on the north <br /> line of said alley one hundred sixty-five ( 165) <br /> feet to a point where said alley intersects an <br /> alley running north and south; running thence <br /> north on the west Line of said alley running north <br /> and south to a point where said alley intersects <br /> the alley extending east and west between West Marion <br /> and West Navarre Streets, running thenoe west on the <br /> north line of said alley and continuing aelto9s Main <br /> Street on the north line of said alley to a point <br /> where said alley intersects the alley running north <br /> and south betweel Main and LaFayette Streets, running <br />
