The <br />Board of Zoning Appeals gave it a public hearing on January 18, 2007, at which time the following action was <br />taken: <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hoban, being seconded by Ms. Wilder-Hamilton and unanimously carried, <br />the petition for Special Exceptions of Willis Street Townbomes for parcels A through H to allow single <br />family attached dwellings on individual parcels and a Special Exception to for parcel I to allow for <br />nine off-site visitor parking spaces for use by parcel A through H, on property located at 1750 Willis <br />Avenue, is sent to the Common Council with a ravorable Recommendation. <br />The deliberations of the Board of Zoning Appeals and points considered in arriving at the above decision as <br />shown in the Minutes of the Public Hearing, and will be forwarded to you at a later date, to be made part of <br />this report. <br />Sincerely, <br />Charles C.
