' An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 2331, adopted June 25th, 1923, commonly known as "Zoning Ordinance", by changing a certain described tract -from the "B" Residence , District and "A" height and area district, to the "0" Commer- cial District and "D" height and Area District. • BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1. : That Ordinance No. 2331, adopted June 25th, 1923, commonly known as "Zoning Ordinance" be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: ' All titxt of the territory heretofore included within the "B" Residence District and described as follows: All that Portion of Sarints First Addition bounded on the East by the Wast side of Eddy Street, on the South by the North ,aide of Sorin Street, on the West by the East- line of the first alley West of Eddy Street, and on the North-by the .Sou-th-line of the -first alley South of Campeau Street, all this territory includi-ng Lots Slumber 6- 7 - 10 - 11 - 14 - 15- and 18 - . I be and is hereby changed from "B" Residence District and "A" height and Area District to "C" 'Commercial District and "D" height and Area District and shall hereafter be subject to all of the provisions of said Ordinance affecting or pertaining to "C" Commercial District and "D" height and Area District. Section II.
