Main Street. <br /> Members of the Enterprise Associates partnership are James <br /> A. Cook and Michael F. Boehm. It is the intention of Enterprise <br /> • <br /> Associates to construct a 24, 000 square foot multi-purpose <br /> industrial building at the site of the former Wooden Reg <br /> restaurant on the southwest corner of Indiana Avenue and Main <br /> Street. The parking lot for this facility would be located <br /> immediately across the street on the southeast corner of Indiana <br /> • Avenue and Main Street. The proposed building would offer three <br /> or more bays each with their own loading dock and each with 800 <br /> square feet of office space designed to suit the tenant. The <br /> parking lot will be resurfaced and lighted for employee <br /> parking. This project is being developed for those businesses <br /> desirous of modern space within the Enterprise Zone for <br /> warehousing and light manufacturing. <br /> The property is located within an allocation area designated <br /> by the Common Council. <br /> It is estimated that the value of this property, after <br /> completion of the proposed project, will be $750,000. It is <br /> likewise estimated that the project will create at least 10 new, <br /> permanent fulltime jobs as its direct result. <br /> • <br />
