I c{ <br /> A RESOLUTION CLOSING VARIOUS LOCAL ROADS <br /> AND STREET PROJECTS <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> WHEREAS, the City of South Bend through the Department of <br /> Engineering has completed several projects in the Local Roads and <br /> Street Fund. It has been determined that monies previously appro- <br /> priated for these projects were higher than necessary. Deductions in <br /> appropriations must be made to close out the completed projects. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br /> SECTION I.
