WHEREAS, the Common Council desires to rescind Resolution 4353-14 and Resolution <br /> 4361-14 in order to permit the property owner to submit new petitions for tax abatement; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of South <br /> Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br /> SECTION I. The Common Council hereby rescinds Resolution 4353-14 adopted on April <br /> 28, 2014 in its entirety. <br /> SECTION II.
