FOR THE ERECTION AND <br /> CONSTRUCTION QF- A PUMP HOUSE AND TOWER AND <br /> TANK FOUNDATION <br /> • BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br /> Bend, <br /> Indiana. <br /> SECTION 1. <br /> That a certain contract entered into by and between <br /> the Municipal City Water Works Department of the City of South Bend, <br /> Indiana and the Hay-Weaver Company, of said city, for the erection <br /> and coniruction of a pump house and-tower and tank foundation on a <br /> tract of real estate purchased from Whitcomb and Keller for water <br /> works purposes, which contract is executed in triplicate on February <br /> 19, 1929, a copy of which contract is hereto attached, marked Exhibit <br /> "A", and hereby made apart hereof, be and the same is hereby ratified, <br /> confirmed and approved. <br /> SECT-ION <br /> This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br /> after its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br /> N <br /> / �� ( i �aita:ER OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> 1J` , <br /> • <br /> - --oOo---- <br />
