AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($12,000.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND UNTO THE BOARD'.OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR ITS USE IN ITS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of- South Bend, Indiana. SECTION 1. That the sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of said City unto the Department of Public Works for its emergency air port use, for the year 1929, the items which constitute said $12,000.00 being as follows, to-wit: Salaries and Wages, regular $ 3,600.00 • Salaries and Wages, temporary • 840.00 Freight, Express and Drayage 50.00 Postage 10.00 Telephone and Telegraph 200.00 Transportation Allowances ...._ 1,200.00 • Traveling Expenses 100.00 Furnishing Electric Current - 2,000.00 Furnishing Water 500.00 Repairs of Buildings and Structures 500.00 Repairs of Equipment 300.00 Services, Other Contractual 100.00 Coal 150.00 .
