ORDINANCE NO. A 13 3 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING, CONFIR1SING, and APPROVING A CERTAIN <br /> CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN THE MUNICIPAL <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND. INDIANA and WHITGOMB AND <br /> KELLEM, A CORPORATION <br /> "WHEREAS, The Municipal City Water Works of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana,. has entered into a contract with Whitcomb <br /> and Keller, a Corporation, for the purchase of real estate in said <br /> City for water works purposes and for easement for highway pur- <br /> poses over and along premises connecting with the real estate to <br /> be conveyed by said Corporation to said City, a copy of which con- <br /> tract is hereto attached, marked iihibit "A" and hereby made a part <br /> of this Ordinance. <br /> NOW, BE IT ORDAINE9 BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City <br /> of South Bend, Indiana. <br /> SECTION 1. <br /> That the said contract by and between the Municipal City <br /> Water Works of the City of South.
