(t, <br /> ORDINANCE NO. oA 7 21 <br /> AN ORDINANCE GIVING AND TRANSFERRING TAE CARE AND CONTROL OF <br /> ANGELA AVENUE IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, UNTO <br /> THE BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS <br /> Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana. <br /> SECTION I. <br /> That Angela Avenue, a street extending from Portage <br /> Avenue to Notre Dame Avenue in the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br /> E be and the same is hereby transferred unto the jurisdiction and <br /> control Of the Board of Park Commissioners of the City of South <br /> Bend, Indiana, and the said Board is hereby given full power and <br /> authority to improve, .repair- ;.control, and do all other things <br /> necessary and requisite for the creation, maintenance and pre- <br /> servation of said street as a boulevard and as a part of the <br /> boulevard system of said city, all as authorized by the Statutes <br /> of the State of Indiana creating Boards of Park Commissioners in <br /> cities of the second class. <br /> SECTION 2. <br />� I <br /> This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br /> and after its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br /> 1/ R OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> r <br />
