5e f <br /> ORDINANCE NO. f ?°g 2 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES cm SOUTH <br /> MICHIGAN STREET BETWEEN BRONSON STSET ON THE NORTH <br /> AND KEASEY AND GARST STREETS ON THE SOUTH . <br /> Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana. <br /> SECTION 1. <br /> That it shall be unlawful for anyone to park any vehicle <br /> on South Michigan Street between the Northerly line of Bronson <br /> and the Southerly lines of Keasey and Garet Streets, continuously <br /> for more than three ( 3) hours on any day of the week except Sunday, <br /> between the hours of 6:00 o*clock A.M. and 6:00 o*clock P.M. All <br /> parking shall be at an angle of thirty (30) degrees with the curb. <br /> SECTION 2. <br /> Any violation of the foregoing provisions of this <br /> Ordinance shall be punishable by a fine of not less than One Dollar <br /> ($1.00) nor more than Fifty Dollars (50.00) and any person so <br /> violating this Ordinance may be imprisoned in the County Jail until <br /> such fine is paid or replevied, but;not to exceed thirty (30) days. <br /> SECTION 3. <br /> This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br /> after its passage and legal publication.PA' <br /> I , A <br /> • <br /> .:' MBMB.ER OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> • <br />
