ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN SUMS OF MONEY FROM <br /> ONE SUB-DEPARTMENT TO ANOTHER SUB-DEPARTMENT <br /> IN THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY <br /> Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South <br /> Bend, Indiana. <br /> SECTION 1. <br /> That the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) be transferred from <br /> Q-12-D (Other Equipment) to Q-2 Electric Current of the Fire Depart- <br /> ment. <br /> That the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) be trans- <br /> ferred from Q-12-D (Other Equipment) to Q-3 Gas, of said Fire Depart- <br /> ment. <br /> That the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) be transferred, from <br /> P-1-B (Freight, Express, Drayage) of the Police Department to P-10 <br /> Garage and Motor Supplies of said Police Department. <br /> That the sum of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) be transferred from <br /> P-7 (Gasoline) to P-10 Garage and Motor Supplies of said Police De- <br /> partment. <br /> That the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) be transferred from <br /> P-12 (Supplies General) to P-10 Garage and Motor Supplies of said <br /> Police Department. <br /> That the sum of Three Hundred andFifty Dollars ($350.00) be trans- <br /> ferred from P-12-A (Office Supplies) to P-6 Repair and Equipment of <br /> said Police Department. <br /> That the sum of Fourteen Dollars ($14.00) be transferred from S-5 <br /> (Gasoline) of the Electrical Department, to Subscription and Dues of <br /> said Department. <br /> That the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) be transferred from S-2-A (Ad- <br /> vertising and Publication of Notices) of Electrical Department to Gas <br /> Consumed in said Department. <br /> That the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) be transferred from <br /> S-9-A (Parts of Equipment) to S-9 Supplies General of said Electrical <br /> Department. <br /> That the sum of Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) be transferred from R-4 <br /> (Supplies General) of the Department of Weights and Measures to R-3-A <br /> Repairs of Equipment in said Department. <br /> SECTION 2. <br /> This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br /> after its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br /> MEMBE F THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> GENTLEMEN OF THE COMMON COUNCIL: <br /> I recommend the adoption the above and foregoing 0 - <br /> dinance. <br /> V <br />• <br />
