ORDINANCE NO. 2.- <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE <br /> WEST SIDE OF NORTH NILES AVENUE BETWEEN CORBY <br /> STREET AND LEEPER AVENUE IN THE CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BENDS INDIANA. <br /> Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City <br /> of South Bend, Indiana. <br /> SECTION 1. <br /> That the parking of vehicles on the westerly side <br /> of North Niles Avenue between Corby Street and Leeper Avenue in <br /> the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby pro- <br /> hibited. <br /> SECTION 2. <br /> Any violation of the provision of this Ordinance <br /> shall subject the violator thereof to a fine of not to exceed <br /> Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) and imprisonment in the Coupty Jail <br /> until the same is paid or replevied, not exceeding thirty (50) <br /> days.
