I said Grant Trunk Western Railway Company rights over certain streets, alleys, and public parks An said City, providing for the joint occupancy by said railroad companies of a certain section of the right-ed./way of Said New York Ceatrai Railroad Company in said City, and the ereetiom of a union- passenger station for- f; said railroads in said section, a copy of which contract and instaprinte attached thereto are hereto attached and made a part hereof, be and,the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed, and approved.
