This will allow for a legal basis to operate food trucks, cultivate <br /> entrepreneurship and foster expansion of South Bends food culture. <br /> Giving that we are already amending the restaurant ordinance, we are taking this <br /> opportunity to align our ordinance with the St. Joseph County Health Dept. where it <br /> addresses all establishments that provide food & beverage services. <br /> Such as hotel & motels that provide continental breakfast & retail stores that contain <br /> soda fountains, coffee dispensers & slushy machines. <br /> 1 <br />
