• <br /> Several citizens offered their support for the mobile food vendor initiative. <br /> After a number of"what if" discussions among Councilmembers and the Community Investment staff, <br /> Karen reminded everyone that due to the lack of a quorum no action could be taken. The bill would be <br /> forwarded to full Council without recommendation. <br /> Before adjourning, Karen reiterated that her request that Council questions regarding the budget <br /> process be sent to her was not intended to "filter" questions.
