Ultimately after brief <br /> discussion Dr.Varner motioned for a favorable recommendation Dr. Ferlic seconded and all affirmed. <br /> The final agenda item, bill 15-83 was filed by the City to correct a scrivener's error in a resolution <br /> previously submitted to and passed by the Council. Subsequent to passage of the previous resolution <br /> the Council Attorney Kathy Cekanski-Farrand found the error and asked the City to correct and resubmit. <br /> Brock Zeeb explained the error and thanked the Council Attorney Cekanski for bringing it to their <br /> attention. <br /> Dr.Varner motioned to send favorably Dr. Ferlic seconded.
