I 44—e- 2/e„, <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROVING A REDUCTION IN <br /> DEPARTMENT 23 FUND 02 STREET DEPARTMENT BUDGET - <br /> MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND <br /> WHEREAS , the State Board of Accounts has determined that <br /> revenue for 1987 is not sufficient to fund necessary expenditures . <br /> WHEREAS , the South Bend Common Council has determined that <br /> the necessary funds are available from 1986 revenues to cover the <br /> unfunded 1987 expenditures in the amount of $75 ,000 . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS : <br /> SECTION I . To reduce <br /> Account 120 $45 ,000 <br /> Account 416 $30 , 000 <br /> Total Reduction $75 , 000 <br /> SECTION II .
