CERTIFICATION OF THE APPRAISER <br /> 3 The undersigned does hereby certify that,except as otherwise noted in this appraisal report: <br /> 1. I have personally inspected the property appraised. <br /> 2. I have no present or contemplated future interest in the real estate that is the subject of this <br /> report. <br /> 3. I have no personal interest or bias with respect to the subject matter of this appraisal report or <br /> the parties involved. <br /> 4. To the best of my knowledge and belief, the statements of fact contained in this appraisal <br /> report, upon which the analysis, opinions and conclusions expressed herein are based, are true <br /> and correct. <br /> 5. This appraisal report sets forth all of the limiting conditions (imposed by the terms of my <br /> assignment or by the undersigned) affecting the analysis, opinions and conclusions contained <br /> in this report. <br /> 6. This appraisal report has been made in conformity with and is subject to the requirements of <br /> the Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct of the Appraisal <br /> Institute. <br /> 7. The amount of my fee is not contingent upon reporting a predetermined value, or upon the <br /> amount of the value estimate. <br /> 9.
