SALES COMPARISON APPROACH <br /> RATIONALE <br /> In this approach,the typical investor/buyer will make an evaluation based on comparisons of <br /> properties suitable for their intended use. The operative word is substitution. Properties are <br /> compared to each other and an accounting is made of their significant differences.
