P /7 ;4-1 , AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THREE THOUSAND AND EIGHTY-SEVEN DOLLARS (33,087.00) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of South Bend, Indiana. SECTION 1. That the sum of Three Thousand and Eighty-seven Dollars ($3,087.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Funds of the City of South Bend, Indiana, in amounts and to departments as follows, to-wit: (a) The sum of Three Thousand and Thirty-five Dollars ($3,035.00) to the Finance Department of said City, with which to pay for real estate condemned for the opening of Harriet Street under Resolution Number 2206 of the Board of Public Works of said City. (b) The sum of Fifty-two ($52.00) Dollars to the Finance Department of said City, with which to pay for expenses for the open- ing of Harriet Street under Resolution Number 2211 of the Board of Public Works of said City. j SECTION 2.
