That the contract dated April 9th. , I929., by and between <br /> the Municipal ity of South Bend, Indiana , by and <br /> through its Board of Public Works and the Indiana and <br /> Michigan Electric Company, a corporation for the <br /> erection and establishment of a street lighting system <br /> and the maintenance thereof in certain streets in the <br /> City of South Bend , Indiana, by and is hereby ratified, <br /> confirmed and approved in all respects. <br /> Section 2.
