IQ THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT FOR IM PURPOSE OF PAYING CITY PRIMARY Ms_ ELECTION EXPENSES FOR THE YEAR 1929. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana. - SECTION 1. ! That the sum of Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000.00) • be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Department of Finance, for the purpose of paying the expenses for election, officers, . advertising, rentals, and all other things requisite and necessary for the holding of both the primary and general election for City Officials to be held in May and November, respectively, in 1929. All as provided by law. SECTION 2 This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and after legal p ca ' on and hearing.
