3 <br /> ORDINANCE N0. g 7 S <br /> -AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES UPON <br /> THE STREETS AND PUBLIC PLACES OF THE CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BEND. INDIANA. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana. <br /> SECTION 1,2. <br /> That the parking of vehicles on South Michigan Street, <br /> between South and Monroe Streets, excepting parallel with the curb, <br /> at any hour of the day or night, is hereby prohibited and Section <br /> 15 of Ordinance No. 2653 is hereby amended to conform with this <br /> Section of this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 2. <br /> That the parking of vehicles on the easterly side of <br /> Cushing Street between LaSalle Avenue and Lincoinway West, during <br /> Y <br /> hour of the day or night, is hereby prohibited. <br /> SECTION 3. <br /> That the parking or storing of vehicles of any kind <br /> for exhibition for sale purposes upon the public streets or places <br /> of the City of South Bend is hereby prohibited. <br /> SECTION 4. <br /> That the parking of vehicles on public streets or places <br /> of the City of South Bend, Indiana, in front of any building occupied <br /> or used for business or professional purposes and not regulated by <br /> existing ordinances, is hereby prohibited for a period exceeding three <br /> (3) hours at a time, between 6:00 o'clock A.M. , and 6:00 o' clock P.M., <br /> of any day of the week excepting Saturday, and on Saturday between the <br /> hours of 6:00 O' clock A.M. , and 9:00 o' clock P.M. <br /> SECTION 5. <br /> This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br /> after its passage and legal publication. <br /> C 4- L4/ <br /> MEMBER OF THE C s ii 9 COUNCIL <br /> 4/ t 4 <br /> • <br /> kuU- <br /> r <br />
