• ` ORDINANCE NO. 91 / `5)O AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AND APPROVING A CERTAIN CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BY ANF BETWEEN THE MUNICIPAL CITY WATER WORKS DEPART- MENT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND. INDIANA_., AND THE -SMTTH- MONROE COMPANY OF SAID CITY. FOR THE FURNISHING BY SAID .COMPANY OF CERTAIN MOTOR PUMPS AND MOTOR STARTING EQUIPMENT BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana. SECTION 1. That a certain contract entered into by and between the Municipal City Water Works Department of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and the Smith-Monroe Company of said City, whereby said Water..Department contracted and agreed to purchase and said Smith- Monroe Company contracted and agreed to furnish certain pumps with motor and motor starting equipment attached, which contract was en- tered into in triplicate by and between said parties on February 19th, 1920, and a copy of which contract is hereto attached, marked Exhibit t"Att and hereby made a part of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby ratified, confirmed and approved.
