RESOLUTION NO. • i ? ± -Sr <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SOUTH BEND,INDIANA, CORRECTING SCRIVENER'S ERROR IN <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4471-15 APPROVING THE DISPOSITION OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> LOCATED AT 51190 MAYFLOWER ROAD AND 51270 MAYFLOWER ROAD, <br /> SOUTH BEND,INDIANA <br /> WHEREAS, on July 13, 2015, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana <br /> (the "Common Council") adopted Resolution 4471-15 approving the disposition of real property <br /> located at 51190 and 51270 Mayflower Road, South Bend, Indiana (the "Disposition <br /> Resolution"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Common Council desires to correct a scrivener's error appearing in the <br /> Disposition Resolution. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section I. Each instance of "Ind. Code 36-1-11-4.2" in the Disposition Resolution is <br /> deleted and "Ind. Code 36-1-11-4" is inserted in its place. <br /> Section II. The Disposition Resolution is reaffirmed in all other respects and will <br /> continue in full force and effect according to its terms. <br /> Section III.
