ORDINANCE NO. r/7 <br /> An Ordinance ratifying a contract between the <br /> Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and <br /> Phillip Cohn, Contractor. <br /> Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br /> Indiana: <br /> Section 1. That a certain contract entered into between the <br /> City of South Bend, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public <br /> Works on the 18th day of March, 1930, and Phillip Cohn, <br /> Contractor, a copy of which is hereto attached and made a part <br /> of this Ordinance, for the remodeling of and addition to Water <br /> Works Office Building, known as No.224 North Main Street, for <br /> the sum of Seven Hundred and Thirty—Nine and 50/100 ($739.50) <br /> Dollars, be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, <br /> confirmed, and approved. <br /> Section 2.
