That the sum of Eight Hundred Fifty-six <br /> Dollars (3856.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated <br /> from the general fund of the City of South Bend to the City <br /> Clerk of said City for hiring a second additional Deputy <br /> Clerk, being "C" 3. <br /> SECTION 2.
