ORDINANCE NO. o2 V if 3 <br /> AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY <br /> DOLLARS ( $250.001 FROM ONE SUB-DEPARTMENT <br /> OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC SAFETY TO ANOTHER <br /> SUB-DEPARTMENT OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC SAFETY. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br /> South Bend : <br /> SECTION 1. <br /> That the amount of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ( $250.00) <br /> hitherto appropriated for the year of 1930 to the Department of <br /> Public Safety for its Police Department, being P-16 be transferred <br /> to 0-3B of the same Department for stenographic help at the rate <br /> of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) per month. <br /> SECTION 2. <br /> This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after <br /> its palale an ��pproval by the Mayor. <br /> Il 03 .
