SIX HUNDRED BLOCK <br /> E FIVETUNDIFED BLOCK. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BEND: <br /> SECTION 1. That the numbers on that part of Crescent <br /> Avenue which lies between Hill Street and Niles Avenue be <br /> changed from Six hundred (600) to Five hundred (500) , and <br /> that where the digit six ( 6) appears in the hundreds place <br /> in any number on Cresent Avenue between Hill Street and <br /> Niles Avenue for any building, that it be changed to five (5) . <br /> SECTION 2 .
