ORDINANCE NO. 2-- 45/g 7 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND AND GERBER & HALEY <br /> FOR-TIflEEP-AIR OF-ME CITY HILL. <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works has contracted with <br /> Clement J. Gerber and J. Howard Haley, doing business as Gerber & <br /> Haley, to mcdre certain repairs on the City Hall, as is shown by <br /> the agreements attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked "Ex- <br /> hibit A" ; and <br /> WHEREAS, said contract is now submitted to the Common <br /> Council of the City of South Bend for it s approval by ordinance; <br /> THEREFORE, be it and it is hereby ordained by the Common <br /> Council of the City of South Bend: <br /> SECTION 1. That said contract made and entered into by <br /> and between the City of South Bend, Indiana by and through its Board <br /> of Public Works with said Gerber & Haley, be, and the same is in all <br /> things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br /> SECTION 2.
