<br /> 9. Real ana:personal property may be granted, devised, leased,
<br /> bequeathed or conveyed to any such city for perk purposes or for the
<br /> imrovement or ornamentation of any Park, playground, boulevard., *leas

<br /> and floriculture and of museums, zoological gardens, collection of

<br /> or works of art And art 4411=1e*, and such city is hereby empowered to take
<br /> and hold the same, upon such trust orbOnditions as may be approved
<br /> by the board of park colmissionerseir such city; and all sueltpropextY
<br /> or the rents, issues and Profit* thereof shall be subject to the exclusive
<br /> management and control. of said beard. Such board shall also provide
<br /> such accommodations, and take such steps as the money at its disposal
<br /> will justify, for securing and preserving collections of natural history,
<br /> and the establishment Of Sarum, in the Perks of such city.But all such
<br /> property and the rents, issues .andprofite thereof, must be subject to
<br /> the 'management and control of such board and may, be improved, added to
<br /> and changed in its discretion, and shall be protected, preserved and arranged
<br /> by such beard of or public use and enjoyment„ ter such rules and roes
<br /> Stations as the board shall from time to time prescribe. Admission to such
<br /> Ordeal', museums, and other collections shall be free to the public. the
<br /> board may also agree for the management and maintenance °taw such
<br /> gardens, museums, art galleries or other institutions, with any society,
<br /> incorporated Or to be incorporated, under the laws of this state; but
<br /> such garde* or Other institutions shall always resale free to the public,
<br /> subject to the control of the board of park commissioner*.
<br /> 104 The board of park commissioners of any each city is authorized
<br /> to exercise the power of eminent domain within the boundaries and limits
<br /> Of such city for the purpose of carrying out any of ths provisions of
<br /> this 'act ananutside of such city within five miles of the limits of such
