Section 2. It is the intent and purpose of this ordinance <br /> to adopt all of the existent Acts of the Legislature of Indiana <br /> concerning the department of public parks in cities of the first <br /> class in accordance with authority conferred by chapter 199 of the' <br /> Acts of 1929. <br /> Section 3.
