11 i <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> trem <br /> AN ORDINANCE REGULATIm TRAFFIC' UPON TEE <br /> STREETS, ALLEYS AND PUBLIC PLACES OF THE, <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br /> BE IT ENACTED BY THE COMION COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND: <br /> SEC. 1. Whenever the track of a steam railroad crosses at grade within <br /> this city,tha tracks of any interurban, electric or street railway, <br /> and such steam railroad maintains at such crossing any warning danger <br /> signaling device, such as warning bell, flash light or wigwag signal, <br /> or crossing watchmen or gates, or the hand signals of ground switchman, <br /> flagman or watchman, which operate as a train or engine approaches such <br /> crossing on such steam railroad, then such steam railroad and its em- <br /> ployees III or servants shall not be required to stop any engine or car or <br /> train of cars running or switching upon any track belonging to such <br /> steam railroad, before proceeding over such interurban, electric or <br /> street railway track; all as provided in Sections 2906,2908, and 2911 <br /> of R.S. of 1926. <br /> I � <br /> SEC. 2.
