ORDINANCE NUI,IBLR - °2 � <br /> AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AND APPROVING <br /> A CERTAIN CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BY <br /> AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br /> INDIANA BY AND THROUGH ITS BOARD OF <br /> PUBLIC WORKS AND 0. P/I. RAY FOR THE <br /> COLLECTION AND REMOVAL OF GARBAGE AND <br /> SMALL DEAD ANIMALS . <br /> . <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore on the 7th day of January, <br /> 1930, the City of South Bend, Indiana, by and through its <br /> Board of Public Works, pursuant to a resolution duly <br /> adopted, made and entered into a contract with 0. M. Ray, <br /> of South Bend, Indiana, which contract is attached hereto, <br /> made a part hereof and marked "Exhibit A" . And <br /> WHEREAS, said contract is now submitted to the <br /> Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana for its <br /> due approval by ordinance ; <br /> THEREFORE, be , and it is hereby ordained by the <br /> Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I. That the said contract made and <br /> entered into between the City of South Bend, Indiana by <br /> • and through its Board of Public Works, and said 0. M. Ray, <br /> be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed <br /> and approved. <br /> SECTION II.
